U.S.I.C. is incorporated as a non-profit educational corporation. It is a cooperative effort of local investor clubs and individual investors all over the United States. By joining together we are able to attract some of the best instructors in the country to speak at our meetings and share insights in our newsletter, "Beating the Markets," at no cost to our members. These are people that you would pay hundreds or thousands of dollars to hear in seminars. We help affiliated local clubs by obtaining speakers for them and providing our professional monthly newsletter to their members. We organize new clubs in un-served areas whenever we have enough individual members in those areas.

We help unaffiliated individuals by connecting them to nearby clubs, or by acting as a "virtual club" for members who can't attend meetings either because of a disability or due to distance. We will soon have "online meetings" on this site featuring such speakers as Steve Nison, Chris Manning, Oliver Velez, Bob Eldridge, Dave Elliot, Freddie Rick, and many other top instructors who have spoken at our meetings. There is no charge for Clubs or individuals to affiliate with U.S.I.C.
